- We will begin implementing a shared candidate tracking doc to access the status of candidates from submission to interview. We will continue to present candidates and communicate via email, but will add all candidates into a shared doc so you can:
- View all applicants presented at once
- Easily view credentials, skills, experience
- Easily compare candidates to make more informed interview decisions
- ARRA will set all expectations with candidates regarding video conferencing, timeframes, ability to work
- ARRA will review technology needs and resources for maximum efficiency with each client
