The ARRA team is thrilled to announce that our Founder and CEO, Abby Cravotta was named as one of Crain's Cleveland 2021 Notable Entrepreneurs. This comes on the heels of recently doubling our internal team and expanding to a new office. The ARRA Group also boasts an impressive projected revenue increase of 122% from 2020 to 2021 under Abby's leadership.

Before venturing out to start the ARRA Group, Abby managed a recruitment firm that started with 3 employees and grew to more than 20 employees and 4+ million dollars in business.
