The ARRA Group, a boutique healthcare recruitment firm, has partnered with our community hospital client to hire Radiology Imaging Supervisor- CT/MRI.
As the CT/MRI Supervisor, you'll be the leader of patient workflow, orchestrating smooth transitions and optimizing efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that each patient's journey through our imaging departments is seamless and stress-free.
Reporting directly to the Director of Imaging and Radiology Services, the CT/MRI Supervisor (ARRT RT) be at the helm of a dynamic team, orchestrating daily operations, pushing the boundaries of innovation, and ensuring top-tier patient care.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the CT and MRI departments, including staff supervision, scheduling, and workflow management.
Evaluate new procedures, protocols, and equipment to enhance imaging capabilities. Lead your team in embracing technological advancements and best practices to stay ahead in the field.
Serve as a resource for staff, providing guidance and support in learning new techniques and procedures.
Support leadership in managing all aspects of quality assurance, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Conduct staff evaluations and maintain staffing schedules to optimize departmental performance.
Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure proper functioning of CT and MRI systems.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of radiology with an Associate degree or higher.
3+ years of CT and/or MRI experience, with supervisor experience
Hold certifications in ARRT RT, CT, and/or MRI, showcasing your expertise in the field.
Licensed with the NYS Department of Health, demonstrating your commitment to quality and compliance.
