As a key member of the Design & Construction team, the Architectural Designer will contribute to the success of healthcare projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits, attend project meetings, and verify as-built measurements of existing buildings.
- Assist in programming and space planning studies for healthcare facilities.
- Research code requirements and ensure the feasibility of design within regulatory frameworks.
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to define and deliver the strategic vision for each unique Southcoast space.
- Produce drawings and documents from programming through construction documents, ensuring consistent brand delivery and exceptional patient experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Proficient in utilizing rendering programs.
- Minimum of three (3) years of healthcare experience in the architectural industry strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal construction codes and regulations.
