Responsibilities

- Ensure proper documentation of all nursing activities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements
- Current and valid LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment.
