Position: RN Nurse Manager, Ambulatory Surgery

Salary: $200,000-$220,000 + Full Benefits

The ARRA Group, a boutique healthcare recruitment firm, has partnered with our hospital client to hire a Nurse Manager, Ambulatory Surgery, to oversee the operations and clinical services of the ambulatory surgery department.

The role of the RN Manager, Ambulatory Surgery requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to manage a team of nurses and support staff. The Ambulatory Nurse Manager ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care, adherence to regulatory standards, and efficient operation of the ambulatory surgery center.

Responsibilities 

• Provide leadership and direction to the ambulatory surgery nursing team, including nurses, technicians, and support staff.
• Recruit, hire, and train nursing staff, ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet patient care needs.
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement in clinical practices and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the administrative nursing team to develop and manage the department budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, infection control, and overall operational efficiency.
• Promote a culture of lifelong learning and professional growth among the nursing staff.

• Bachelor's Degree BSN from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in California
• Progressive leadership experience in an ambulatory surgery setting or similar healthcare environment.
