The ARRA Group, a healthcare recruitment consultancy firm, has partnered one of Connecticut’s leading providers of addiction and mental health services to hire a Residential Services Program Manager, overseeing Addiction, Substance Abuse and Co-occuring Disorders. This recovery and behavioral facility offers a wide range of programs including Residential Addiction Treatment, Individual, Group & Family Therapy, IOPs and Support Programs.
The Clinical Manager, Residential Services for Substance Abuse and Addiction Services must be either a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC. The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing program supervisors and coordinators to ensure the delivery of high-quality services consistent with each program's specific goals and objectives. A successful Clinical Program Manager is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals struggling with substance abuse, addiction and co-occuring disorders.
Responsibilities
Lead the development, and implementation of comprehensive substance abuse and addiction programs.
Provide clinical supervision and guidance to clinical supervisors, licensed and unlicensed clinician- assisting with assessments, treatment plans, admissions, as needed.
Ensure programs meet regulatory and compliance standards including DMHAS, PSRB, DCF, DPH, and Joint Commission.
Regularly assess program outcomes and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
Manage established financial and staffing budgets, utilizing resources efficiently to meet department goals.
Establish and monitor quality assurance measures to ensure the effectiveness of substance abuse programs.
Requirements
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling.
CT licensure: PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
Proven experience in program management within the field of substance abuse and addiction.
