Responsibilities:
- Direct all clinical functions to ensure ambulatory surgical services and endoscopy suites operate at the highest quality and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, simplifying processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate quality.
- Oversee staffing, including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management, to cultivate a high-performing environment.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and oversee quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Measure and improve patient and employee experience to ensure patients receive outstanding care and their voices are heard.
- Create an environment that values shared decision-making, empowering team and enhancing engagement and retention.
- A Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Current RN licensure in New York
- Proven leadership and clinical expertise in perioperative nursing
- CNOR certification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire your team
