Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture of positivity and accountability through cardiology nursing skill development and team-building activities that keep nursing staff engaged and inspired.
- Hire, train, evaluate, and provide continuous education and professional development opportunities to the cath lab RN team.
- Collaborate with leadership and staff to implement groundbreaking process improvement initiatives, ensuring seamless, coordinated care in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory.
- Uphold the highest standards by ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and protocols, delivering unparalleled patient care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's BSN Degree required; MSN preferred
- Current Nursing license in the state of Massachusetts
- Experience in Cardiac Cath Lab, Cardiac Critical Care, Procedural/OR, or related settings
- Charge, ANM, Coordinator, or related nursing leadership/supervisory experience
