Responsibilities
Oversee the Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) alongside the Clinician Manager
Act as a resource for the BHC team regarding internalized and externalized child, adolescent, or adult conditions
Mentor and support therapists and counselors as needed; lead by example or evaluation and pro-actively engage through education and other resources
Assist with quality improvement projects and program development within the department
Through individual and group therapy sessions, compassionately encourage patients and families to discuss emotions or experiences in a safe and encouraging space
Requirements
LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LPC, or LADC in the state of Connecticut
Masters Degree Required
Experience working within psychiatry including child, adolescent, and adult
Experience in substance abuse and group therapy treatment
Familiarity with supporting and supervising clinicians is a plus!
