As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you can utilize your expertise to evaluate, diagnose, and provide comprehensive treatment to individuals of all ages. This role encompasses IOP support, crisis intervention, coordination of care, and therapeutic interventions, ensuring that our members receive the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Working in the Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate social work programs and policies.
- Offer crisis management and intervention services for members in acute distress.
- Assess urgent or high-risk clinical situations, making appropriate referrals and interventions.
- Perform clinical social work consultation, including diagnosis, risk assessment, and crisis intervention.
- Utilizing evidence-based interventions, deliver psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups.
- Coordinate admissions and discharges for members requiring psychiatric hospitalizations.
Requirements
- LCSW and LICSW or LMFT in the state of Oregon AND Washington
- Masters level degree or higher required (M.S.W., M.S., M.A., M.Ed.)
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, C=co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency disorders.
