Position: Labor Relations, Employee Relations Manager- Human Resources

Salary: $105,000 - $135,000 annual salary + Full Suite of Benefits
The ARRA Group, a premier healthcare recruitment consultancy firm, is collaborating exclusively with our esteemed hospital client to an experienced Labor and Employee Relations Manager.
The Labor Relations Manager, reporting directly to the Director of Employee & Labor Relations, is pivotal in independently advising HR business partners and organizational leaders on intricate employee relations matters. This role involves comprehensively understanding and applying HR policies, labor contracts, and federal/state employment laws.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conduct in-depth investigations, and contribute to developing and implementing the overall labor relations strategy.
- Assess, design, and deliver training programs on employee relations and labor issues.
- Maintain expert knowledge of employment law and other related laws.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and risk management to respond to complaints filed with regulatory agencies; attend and/or testify at hearings and arbitrations as needed.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for labor contracts and attend labor-management meetings.
- Assist labor managers and departmental leaders in preparing for union grievances.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or Business Law.
- Several years of experience in labor relations management.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor contracts, and federal/state employment laws.
- Strong investigative and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in negotiating labor agreements is a plus.
