Responsibilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate social work programs and policies.
- Offer crisis management and intervention services via telephone for members in acute distress.
- Assess urgent or high-risk clinical situations, making appropriate referrals and interventions.
- Perform clinical social work consultation, including diagnosis, risk assessment, and crisis intervention.
- Deliver psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based interventions.
- Coordinate admissions and discharges for members requiring psychiatric hospitalizations.
Requirement
- Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university.
- Supervised clinical social work training, as required by Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) 467E-7.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Hawaii.
- Bilingual a plus! Tagalog and Japanese are most prevalent on the island, after English
