Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Therapist in oversight of Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)
• Collaborate with Behavioral Health Clinicians to provide evidence-based group counseling sessions. 
• Conduct diagnostic interviews, administer psychological tests, and gather information from other sources such as family members or medical records.
• Develop personalized behavioral treatment plans based on substance abuse, addiction, behavioral disorders, and various mental health issues. 
• Compassionately encourage patients to discuss emotions and experiences

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Social Work Required
• Experience working with adult psychiatry
• Familiarity with Group Therapy
